Parking your Real Estate License with Royal Pro Explained
Parking your real estate license is a common industry practice for agents who need to temporarily step away from their active selling roles, whether for a break or a sabbatical. The duration of this break is entirely flexible and determined by your needs. During this period, you won’t maintain a Board membership, leading to losing access to the MLS. Additionally, you’ll no longer hold membership with BCREA or CREA, resulting in the cessation of associated membership fees. So, what does parking your real estate license with Royal Pro look like? Let’s delve into the steps to begin this seamless process and explore the benefits of partnering with us.
